Choose a class day
Choose your class day off of our appointment calendar. Wine Classes are usually held on Wednesday evenings or Saturday afternoons.
Choose your wine variety
Purchase your wine ingredient Kit before your class day to ensure it is in stock. Kits may be chosen the day of the class, but all varieties are not guaranteed to be in stock. Each kit makes approximately 2 cases of wine.
Book a bottling appointment
Select an appointment off of our bottling calendar to have our winemakers guide you through adjusting your wine to your preferences and bottling. Custom labels are available to be printed for an extra flair. We suggest bottling wines 4-8 weeks after your initial class. Waiting longer may reduce the quality of your wine.
